This recycle reward scheme is aimed at incentivising our customers to take positive actions to support our sustainability commitment. Any item purchased from Suswell and recycled will be awarded 1 point. The more points you amass will increase your chance of winning gifts as cash, free shipping, or free products.
You will receive a unique code and further instructions to monitor your points.
How to qualify
You simply recycle an item and send us proof using the form below.
Amassing up to 10 points within a 12 months period will entitle you to a £2.5 gift voucher.
We will also accept most hard-to-recycle products sold on this site, but we encourage customers to consider if the item they would like to return to us can be recycled in their local areas and only use the scheme for those that cannot. Customers who return products to us this way will receive 2 bonus points.
